An initiative was established by a Tarteel member in 2018 to gather donations for as many wells as possible, during the 10 days of Dhul Hijjah 🌊🚰 Every year, by the fadl of Allah SWT, we see more support for the project and more people wanting to contribute 💡.

➡️The year 2018

The total collected was $5150

It went to the cause of 7 wells:

➡️The year 2019

The total collected was $7000 and 3 more costly wells were paid for.

➡️The year 2020

The total collected was $19,750 and Alhamdulillah 7 wells were paid for as well as a deep well

➡️ The year 2021

The total collected was $11,000 and Alhamdulillah 2 wells were paid for as well as an additional deep well and a community well

➡️ The year 2022

The total collected was $9500 and Alhamdulillah 6 wells were paid for and an additional semi deep well and a community well

💧A brief description of the well project 🪴🪴

The project involves raising money 💴 to pay for water well/s under the name

Tarteel Family Melbourne Australia so that it can be a Sadaqah Jareyah on behalf of every contributor.

There will also be a well under the name of Parents of Tarteel Family as a sadaqah Jareyah on behalf of the parents.

The box 🗳️ is to be found on the activity team table all year round. If you would like to donate during the 10 days of Dhul Hijjah, the centre will be open Thursday, Friday and Monday between 10 am and 1 pm⏳
